For customized orders, our design and technical teams prepare detailed specifications and drawings within 3–5 business days. Once all terms—product specs, pricing, delivery, and payment—are agreed upon, a formal contract is signed, and the client pays a deposit (typically 50%).

After the deposit is received, we schedule production, procure top-quality materials, and manufacture according to strict standards. Our quality team conducts full inspections to ensure each product meets industry and client expectations.

We coordinate shipping details with the client, including necessary customs documents. Depending on trade terms (FOB/CFR/CIF), we manage logistics and provide tracking updates. Upon arrival, we assist with customs clearance to ensure smooth delivery.

We offer a 1-year warranty on vehicles and 3 months on parts. Our technical team is available for maintenance guidance and support. Follow-ups are conducted within the first month after delivery to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback for improvement.
